Click Here Saudi Indian school alumni association holds soccer tournry

JEDDAH,April17,2012: The 10-week long football tournament organized by the International Indian School Jeddah Alumni Association ( IISJAA) ended with a high note. In the final match last weekend, the team Dabangg embraced the championship with a record win of 9 out of 10 matches without a single loss, while Spartans became runners up and Regals Club grabbed the third position. Nine teams - Dabangg, Spartans, Regals Club, Barca, Arabian Falcons, Junior Man City, Scorpions, Never United and Terminators participated in the tournry. The former students of IISJ contested the tournament. However, well-known football player Mohammed Habib along with Dr Karimuddin, member of Saudi Indian School's higher board and Ghazanfar Ali Zaki, ex-Santosh Trophy player kicked off the tourney. Faisal Khamees (Regals) won the Golden Boot award for being the top scorer while Mohammed Samiullah (Dabangg) won the best goal keeper award. The best kit award went to Regals while the Fair Play award was to Spartans.
