Doctors in China saved a man from losing his finger by attaching it to his stomach.Wang Yongjun cut off the end of his middle digit with an electric saw and when medical staff saw the partially-severed finger they feared he may lose it unless they acted quickly.So, doctors decided to grow a new tip on his stomach and attached the digit in the hope skin would form around it.Dr Huang Xuesong - who said the operation was a complete success - explained "We had to make a quick decision or he could have lost his finger.
