Oman, February 23,2012: Two Hyderabadi brothers – Mohammad Akhtar Ali and Mohammad Asghar Ali died on February 15 when a leaking gas cylinder burst in their house in Mabela area of Oman.
Akhtar died on the spot and Asghar died in hospital on Feb 19.According to sources, one of their roommates turned on a cooking gas to light a cigarette when the cylinder exploded, leading to a fire. A Bangladeshi national who was injured in the fire is reported to be out of danger.
