ISLAMABAD, Jan21, 2012(IANS): Pakistan will issue a postage stamp to honour Arfa Karim Randhawa who in 2004 became the world’s youngest Microsoft certified professional at age nine and who died last week.Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani Friday gave the approval in recognition of Karim’s achievements, the Associated Press of Pakistan reported. Karim, 16, who died of heart attack, was in coma since December.
